I was arrested for a DUI while sleeping my car parked in a gas station parking spot. To add to the fact that I was not even driving the vehicle, I blew 0’s! Due to the fact that I refused to give a urine sample on the spot (which I had no idea was the law), I was now facing loss of my driving privileges for one year and being charged with a DUI.
