I am writing this on behalf of my close friend who needed some help. We needed to file a motion with the court for an urgent manner. It was on a Friday and it was the Friday before the week of Thanksgiving....Well if you know anything about the court systems or judges they do not usually move very quickly nor do they handle matters on Friday's. Especially not the weekend before the holidays. I reached out to Miles Kinsell and his WONDERFUL paralegal Libby picked up the phone right away. I briefly explained my situation and she told me she would call me back. Her and Miles made a few phone calls and the next thing I know we had a signed approval by the judge in less than 24 HOURS!!! If you only knew how quick Miles and his group work you would never choose another attorney again. They get the job done. Oh and I have seen Miles in action in the courtroom and all I can say is.....absolute Bulldog would not want anyone else in my corner. Thank you Miles and Libby...you guys are wonderful!!

Our family hired Kinsell Law Firm three times in the last two years to represent a young member of the family, JC, who made some bad decisions. The first case was a felony involving a drug deal gone bad that escalated into a shooting. The sentence on this case was 16 years in state prison. Miles was able to work with the state and get adjudication withheld, so JC received 2 years of felony probation, time in the county jail, and mental health counseling. The second incidence was a violation of probation for possessing a firearm. The penalty was to continue with the probation and forfeit the firearm and serve time in the county jail. The third case was a DUI. JC was required to finish his probation in the county jail, lose his license, and be on misdemeanor probation for a year. Mr. Kinsell is intelligent and knows his way around a courtroom. He is respected by his peers and is able to work with the state attorney to get the best possible deal for his client. He also is compassionate and cares about the long-term effects of the sentence. He worked hard to make sure that JC did not have a felony on his record by having him serve time at the county jail. Mr. Kinsell was able to get results that far exceeded our expectations. His office was always available to answer our questions and keep us updated on the progress of the case. If you want a hard-working and effective attorney, I would recommend Kinsell Law.

So I called Kinsell office and spoke with Libby, really nice and helpful, Miles called me and we spoke about my case and i had a really bad charge, and Miles was able to get the charged DROPPED! I was recommended to Kinsell Law by a close family friend, she said both her children had a couple cases in their high school years and Mr Kinsell repeatedly got their problems taken care of with the best outcomes multiple times, she told me Mr. Kinsell is like a magician. I contacted Kinsell Law over the phone and the price they quoted me was more than fair, it was slightly lower than 2 other places I contacted before I heard about Kinsell Law. Due to the high reputation from both the family friend and Google review, I decided to go with Mr Kinsell. I'm happy to say Mr. Kinsell truly is a magician. I had a complicated problem due to my irresponsibility, and Mr. Kinsell solved it within weeks with the absolute best outcome. What Mr. Kinsell did provided me with huge relief and took away my worry and anxiety, I wish I could give place a 100 stars rating. If you are scrolling down checking google reviews to see which law office you should go with, stop looking and choose this one, just trust me on this and thank me later. Btw if you are wondering if this review is honest and true, it is, I'm not a friend or family member of Mr Kinsell, I've actually never met him in person til this day, because I was stuck in traffic and was late to our first meeting by an hour, and Mr Kinsell had to leave to attend court, and before I even made it to our second meeting, my case was solved and my problem was dealt with. Everything was perfection, the price, the timeframe, the outcome, it couldn't have been better if I was the judge's own son. I want to do so much to thank him, he helped me so much in ways I cant describe, I've never written a review in my life but this time I have to, not just to thank him but also to help someone else that's looking for a law firm.
