In addition to the help received during the guardianship and probate, Ms. Clemings and Ms. Miller’s help was indispensable in dealing with a recalcitrant financial institution that was delaying settlement of the estate.

During a 30 min intake meeting with her, myself and my parents, she gave a masterclass in Elder Care and action items that we could and should do right now. I would highly recommend the Miller Elder Law Firm. They recently redid my Trust, which specifically addressed the special needs of my daughter. As part of the estate planning package, they updating my Will, DPOA, Living Will, Health Care Surrogate and other documents. I particularly appreciated the time the paralegal and attorney devoted to answering my questions and to adjusting the documents to reflect my wishes. At the end of the process, they gave me a wonderfully organized estate planning notebook that included all the documents they had prepared as well as adding helpful instruction sheets my successor trustee, DPOA and health care surrogate might find helpful. The whole process was completed in a timely manner while still being very attentive to addressing all my concerns and making sure I was completely satisfied with the final documents.
