The Harris Estate firm assisted my family after my grandfather passed. For us at least, the price seemed a little high in the beginning. We were initially sold by Mrs. Connie. She took time to get to know us and our situation. She was kind and empathetic in a time when so many other businesses (hospital, mortuary, etc) were treating us callously. I found, as the process continued, that they were truly worth that up front investment. They handled every aspect of the process, giving us a much needed respite. They were very communicative, updating me to each change and hurdle. (Our situation had many) I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them. Thanks to Mrs Connie And Harris Estate Law.

They were caring, great listeners, accommodating to your wishes, they made suggestions but did not try to influence you on decisions, they were patient and they only wanted to get it right, just right for you. Did I even mention that I thought the price was reasonable? Not only a great price but you can get your will and estate planning in order with a basic plan and you can build from there to create a more in depth trouble free will that your beneficiaries will be very thankful for. This gives you the opportunity to have a will and your wishes be covered right away for a very reasonable price and if you wanted a more complex estate plan you can add that in a way that you can afford. I was referred to McCabe Harrison by a long time attorney friend for a long overdue update of our estate plan. I found him to be knowledgeable, prompt and the flat fee was quite reasonable. Harrison McCabe's work on my (last will &) trust saved saved me his fees in taxes over 24 months! So essentially, his wonderful work was FREE to me after the 2 year payback! (it's now 3+ years, so I'm solidly in the black) Ben Franklin famously said "nothing is certain but death & taxes"! Harrison can't do much about death but he's very good @ helping on the taxes part!
