Alex Avera is especially attentive to her clients insuring that they are always informed as to the progress of their case and she is also extremely responsive to her clients, For example, asking a question via text or email results in an almost immediate and complete response. More than just a genuine concern for clients, Alex is competent beyond her years of practice. Alex develops a case strategy that is extremely effective and results in the maximum attainable award for her clients. I did not use their services. I was referred to another group. The other group charges at least $1000 for wills and I cannot afford that. I am familiar with this law firm as I lived in Gainesville for many years. Their reputation is supposed to be good. I just cannot attest to that. After a few phone calls, I found out that legal service for low income individuals is Three Rivers, and I have not heard back from them.

After the experience I had with Avera & Smith, if they had an option for a bonus star. This lawyer office would be the first and only business establishment that I can truly say deserves it. By pure faith, our case was originally with another office, I was able to work with Lance, due to my other attorney having too many clients and location issues.
