Medical procedures are scary enough. But when you have one go wrong, it’s a nightmare. You have your medical issues being piled up on by bills for medical from issue that was no fault of your own. Avera and Smith not only were able to get my family a settlement, they did this under adverse conditions of COVID. There was constant adjustments due to COVID restrictions and they handled everything like they have done this before with COVID.
