The accident was serious and the medical bills would be significant. It quickly became apparent; we would need legal representation. In our mind, Allen Law had always been in the forefront of local firms. They confidently presented themselves as a caring and reasonable firm. Features that mattered to us. Soon, we met with our lawyer Tony Livingston, and the para-legal Ashley Ranslow. We were told, it would most likely be a lengthy process, explained the possible outcomes, and asked us permission to proceed with a course that would provide an agreeable outcome, which we granted. In the following months, Ashley and her team kept us abreast of what we needed to do, what the defendants were/weren’t doing, and displayed a great deal of patience and understanding addressing our numerous questions and concerns. Most importantly, they managed all the communications and documentation associated with insurance, hospitals, doctors, clinics, and relative billing.
