I have known Mr. Barbarette for about 20 years all on a professional basis. I have dealt with quite a few attorneys in my past in all different aspects and I can say unequivocally that Mike is without a doubt one of the most professional, caring, and absolutely most efficient attorneys I have ever dealt with. He really listens and pays attention to the details that most others would overlook just because they've gotten complacent with their job. I have known Kevin for over 20 years, my family and I have relied upon him sadly more times than attorney/client interaction need happen. Nonethless, he is a good man with not only an astute knowledge of the circuit 8 system but exceptionally well-versed in statutes and ethically represents his clients. I pray life treats you well enough that the unforseen do not force you in to a legal corner but if it does He and Mike Barbarette are well-equipped so you don't have to go it alone or with inadequate Florida appointed representation. Ethical, moral and a good person with a degree from William & Mary (yes, where Thomas Jefferson went) who represents 'we the people'. Don't take it from me, call his office if you or a loved one are in need and expect results of the highest caliber. Do take this from me, he has been practicing in circuit 8 for quite sometime and his rapport with judges is quite unique. He will not lead you on and puff his chest out to make false promises; he silently and skillfully (a real tacticion) gathers data, pushes onward towards resolve and surgically manuevers the state into favorable and desirable agreements. I am yet to take any case to trial under his guidance and never felt anything was left on the table as a result. Trials are a lot more money, money and time that Kevin allowed me to keep!!

Mike Barbarette is a great lawyer! He is very upfront with you about your circumstances and will answer all your questions.
