We retained Mr. Bagen aer I was rear-ended by a negligent driver that was improperly insured. I was out of work for over a year, but I don’t remember having to reach out to him but maybe once. Either he himself or one of his a"en#ve sta$ would call to check up on me, even when there was nothing new to tell. I was simply blown away with the customer service side that he and his sta$ displayed with my case. He found out where above and beyond was, and started there. I would highly recommend, even plead with you, if you think you need an accident a"orney, call Mr. Bagen immediately. They are more than happy to assist in any way possible before you even retain him.

I have dealt with a lot of attorneys for several different things. When I say this is by far the best experience I have ever had, I mean it. I have worked with Emily T. since my accident last June. She has went above and beyond for my family and I. I was involved in a pretty serious automobile accident just over 2 years ago and the accident was a very scary and traumatic experience to say the least. I had never been in a situation like that before and Mr. Bagen and Eileen have helped me every step of the way, with nothing but compassion and kindness throughout the whole process. They have kept me well informed of everything that has been going on and made me feel good, even when my injuries and mental state were bad in the beginning. Both of them checked on my numerous times while I was in the hospital for an extremely scary and painful surgery. They even sent me flowers to let me know they were still thinking about me and praying for me. They win your case but then disburse all your money out for Medical Bill's that have already been paid by your insurance

These people don't care about the client health nor well being. They only care for what's in it for them. They told me my case was a small case and they didn't want to take my money so they wouldn't represent me any longer. I'm left with medical bills and I've been out of work for almost 2 months no compensation or a clearance saying I can return to work still on a neck brace with alot of pain.

I am very satisfied with my outcome it was a slow process at first but so worth it. The staff is friendly and relatable. They are also respectful and fun. Thank you Amanda and Angel again for everything. You ladies made this experience the best, introducing me Me. Bagen. I was so happy. Mr Bagen was cool. Thank Mr.Bagen and and staff for everything. Including being a shoulder for me to cry on. I pray I never need them again but if anything happens I will go back to the firm that makes you feel right at home! 10 stars from this happy client
