A pleasant receptionist always answered the phone, and most of the time, I could speak with Ms. Eileen herself to receive answers to my question. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time or like my questions were trivial. I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. The only time I visited the office was the day I received my consultation. The entire rest of my case was done over the phone and through email and fax. It took a little over a year. Now, my case is closed, and I am supremely satisfied with the results.
