I get to keep my man home with me instead of him doing time. We are so greatful i will recommend to everyone!!! Thank you for keeping my family under the same roof!!!!

This office scammed my girlfriend and lied about everything. Basically took her money and did nothing. They never filed anything they were supposed to, missed deadlines, the attorney yelled at my partner for crying because she was scared. This case should've been an easy win for literally any attorney. The other party had a severely concerning background that's documented in Clay county and with DCF! Betsy does not fight for her clients, Joann thinks she is an attorney and then gives illegal, unethical advice to clients and sabotages their cases. No child should have to live with someone who hurts them because a money hungry attorney didn't like that her client had anxiety. She was a recent widow and her kids were all she had. Here we are, almost a year later, the child in question is suffering. The women who work in this office are sick and vindictive. I would say they just do not like young parents and discriminate real DV as "drama."

My family has been through alot and they really helped us out tremendously. Will use them again in the future. They sure are amazing people. Thank you again for everything.

Phenomenal! Attorney Haslett & Joann worked hard and active for my myself, my children & family. We are beyond grateful for their assistance.

Maybe if you’re representing someone it’d be nice to return their calls and do your job.

Edit: Not even a full 24 hours after this review and Betsy decided to file a motion for withdrawal. She refuses to fix her failures and does not care about clients. She knew my situation when I came to her and proved she was nothing but money hungry because she took my entire savings. Every attorney I have spoken with since has even said Betsy “dropped the ball” on my case. Because this is a public review, I will not go into all the details but a bar complaint has been filed. If you want an attorney who threatens to drop you because you cry, are stressed, ask for an itemized bill, try to hold them accountable then Betsy is a great fit for you! If you want an attorney with morals who does their job, I suggest you look elsewhere.
