We were in need of some probate advice for a house I own in Orange County Fl and Billy was extremely informative and knowledgeable on the legal issues that I had run in to trying to sell my house. 10 stars! I have been dealing with an extremely difficult landlord. I met with Mr. Davie yesterday, He reviewed my lease agreement and all written correspondence. Mr. Davie took the time to clearly explain my rights and obligations and most importantly explained Florida law pertaining to my situation. I left his office at ease, confident and empowered knowing my rights. One email to my landlord outlining the break down of our agreement legally and their entire stance has changed. The consultation fee is a minimal investment for peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I hired Billy Davie in March of 2017 cause he told me I had a good case and met the three requirements for my case. Then 5 months later he gave my case to another lawyer without my knowledge and approval and didn’t find out till 3 weeks later. Then after leading me on for 15 months he tells me at my deposition and 9,000 dollars later no Will,no case.So not only did I loose my case, I lost a lot of money too. He did a 360 turn on me and got on the side of my dependents not me. Most of the money I paid him for was nonsense phone calls and very little work. I even got double charged on some of the calls and got charged for calls that were never made.

William is an excellent lawyer. He is very Knowledgeable, experienced courteous and patient explaining legal terms. Took care of my will is less time than expected. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Fees were fair and wouldn't mind going to Green Cove Springs if in need of legal assistance (Jacksonville resident)

I have found Billy to be an excellent lawyer. One thing about him that is very different than any other lawyer I have hired in the past is that he has always recommended to do what is in our best interest even when we asked about going in different directions which would have allowed him to bill us more. All lawyers should put their client's best interest ahead of their own, but very few actually do that.

Billie helped us do a Lady Bird Deed for my aging mother. Now that she has passed away we do not have to do any probate since her house was all she had. Saved us tons of money and headache. Very pleased. He redid our will also.

"Billie" Davie was hired to challenge a foreclosure on my Mothers home caused by another family member and not only did he win the case resulting in the foreclosure being settled he also saved my Mother and additional 35K that would have been lost.
