The stupidest attorney I know he has no clue on what he is doing. Makes a total fool of himself. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Chuck was unable to take my case on personally, but he willingly provided free advice on where I should turn next to get the best results for two cases I have. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. If I was in need for a lawyer of his expertise, I would hire him in a minute! I got off the phone, knowing exactly what I needed to do next.

Mr Straub is an excellent attorney, who is resourceful, devotes time and energy, is intelligent, and gets results. He got us back on track with the contractor and defined the ground rules for completion. I would recommend him highly.

Charles Straub has settled two home insurance cases for us successfully. The first was a roof leak where the insurance company did not want to pay for our damaged roof. However, Charles Straub was able to explain and prove to them exactly why they were responsible for the new roof. He did a truly amazing job and we were very satisfied. The second case involved the insurance company not wanting to pay for a mold issue that we had in our home. Charles Straub identified the one paragraph in our insurance policy that did in fact prove we were covered for the damage. The company is now paying the entire amount that we were covered for in the policy. I would recommend Charles Straub highly for any legal issue that you have with your insurance company. He did a fabulous job, not just once, but twice.

We were having trouble getting paid from a condo association for work we had done, we hired mr Straub and in very little time we got paid! Would highly recommend!
