mr. Quinnell provided excellent service as it related to my mother's last will and testament the guidance through probate court as far as Expedition. As a beneficiary I do not believe that mr. Quinnell explained adequately to me his role on non role in assisting a beneficiary. That being said, I simply believe that mr. Quinnell could have been a little bit more empathetic and not quite so judgemental. I am given to understand that he was not retained to act on my behalf it was to carry out the wishes of my mother relating to her last will and testament. Has my mother's caregiver for the last seven years of her life I feel as though he could have been more empathetic, and helpful just generally and I we're not specific to her will. He could have told me or given me the name of an attorney that could help me and also he needs to understand that he's dealing with people that are grieving and perhaps not understanding what he saying. Mr. Quinnell should gain some skills in that respect when dealing with elder law and grieving caregivers who perhaps are able to process information they would normally be able to process. Having worked the state of Florida in a capacity where I had to deal with people on a daily basis who were upset, angry, confrontational I believe that having worked in the child welfare , specifically Child Protective Services I have the knowledge base do identify the fact that mr. Quinnell does not have people skills and very little empathy.

I don't think anyone is happy to have to work with a lawyer as, usually, there's a reason why you have to hire them in the first place ... but, in this instance, I can truly say that working with Jack was a true pleasure. As I live overseas and had a relatively drawn-out procedure, my fear was that I would be disconnected and have to proactively push for information and/or progress. In Jack's case, it was the opposite .. he continuously updated me on progress and pushed for resolution at all ends ... as one reviewer already mentioned, this shows that he really cares about his clients and if I ever need representation in this field again, Jack will always be my first choice ... thanks again for going beyond expectations, a rarity in this world!!

Jack is hard-working, caring, and brilliant. If a loved one of mine were a victim of nursing home abuse or neglect, Jack would be my very first call. Jack knows his cases inside and out. He's not afraid to go to trial. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Jack is a very good attorney, he handled a case for me in another practice and I rely on him for advice while I myself work in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
