First let me say, I do not do reviews, in this case I had to with out thought. Jim Oneills' name was a stranger to me, until we meet, through a referal from a highly respected indivual in our community, and I see why In this case. Jim and his para legal Mary, deserve "The highest letter of Commendation". He is true to his word and cares to the utmost about your case and the results, I highly recommend this lawyer. Mr Oneill, went over and beyond my expectations. As my case went on, and he fought for my outcome. I relized he was not at all the typical lawyer to retain money from you, and then for "X" amount of dollars, he would do the next job, No Jim, which was far more then reasonable, he went out of his way and never gave up, not asking for a penny more, which he deserved, way more then that..fighting for the justificatiion and rights of my case, and when I didn't think possible, he assured me by results and dedication. As I compared him to other lawyers I quoted, I started to relize he cared for more for my well being and my outcome, far more then ever expected. He is passionate about his job, and highly motivated to be your go to guy. Told me wrong info

Met James about a year ago after receiving multiple traffic charges. I was definitely looking at jail time. Not only did James keep me out of jail, he got every one of my charges reduced down to basically nothing and helped me all the way through getting my license reinstated. Honest, Helpful, and very affordable! I will be recommending him to everyone I know! Thanks again James!!

The remnants of a small town are alive and well in O’Neills practice. Down to earth, unpretentious and to the point is what I experienced with James. Cats coming and going, in a no frills house, he made doing my will an uncomplicated event! And I can complicate anything!
