As much as I disliked being tied up in a legal situation with my HOA, I’m grateful I had this team on my side. The professionalism was refreshing and the responsiveness was welcoming. After filing a complaint against the HOA and several Board Members at my condominium building, I knew early on I was working with an extremely organized and highly professional group of Attorneys and supporting staff. The knowledge contributed by each member of South Florida Law produced a collective whereby the issues I suffered (ie. breach of contract, defamation, negligence, etc...) were resolved at a high degree in my favor. While the process of litigation can be aggravating, overwhelming and time-consuming, having patient and pragmatic individuals on your side can make the difference between faltering or prevailing. With Florida being one of the most litigious States, one could easily find themselves held hostage by a law firm that is simply interested in increasing their case load and billable hours. I assure you South Florida Law is "not" that type of organization. Instead, Mr. DelloRusso and his team were intensely interested and invested in resolving matters in the most efficient, effective, and level-headed manner. My faith in South Florida Law was sound enough that I confidently referred Mr. DelloRusso to one of my neighbors who ultimately prevailed in their case as well.
