Working with South Florida Law, specifically with Nima, was hands down the best decision we made when buying a house. Nima took the time to explain everything to us as first-time home buyers and made us feel comfortable with each decision we had to make throughout the process. There are not enough words to express how great of a job Nima and his team did on our closing. His advice and expertise saved us time and money, and gave us the confidence we needed every step of the way to negotiate the best terms for us. It was not a very straight forward case for closing. Seller was not very responsive and cooperative. Nima literarily saved the deal by being professional yet firm and persistent to deal with sellers agents and attorney and finally brought this deal to a closure while working late hours to close as originally agreed in a contract. His personal efforts as well as the dedicated work of the firm are greatly appreciated. I will do all new business with Nima and South Florida Law, PLLC.
