Recently I had an issue with a landlord wanting to take advantage of me and take most of my deposit for normal wear and tear in the unit when I moved out. I came to Frank Dellorusso and he was very active in getting back my deposit. He was very on top of the situation and was always available for phone calls. This experience with him and the firm will always make me come back to them for any other situations that may occur. I rate this firm a 10/10. Best law firm in South Florida!

I've been doing business with Soth Florida Law, PLLC for several years and couldn't be happier with their service. I'm a realtor and landlord, and sometimes there are complicated closings, but thanks to South Florida Law and Nima it closes seamlessly.

I worked with South Florida Law in the purchase of my dream home. Buying a home can be a scary transaction since it involves a lot of legal language, a big debt, and you just sign and sign documents you do not know all the implications of. The folks at South Florida Law treated us like family and explained all of our questions. I would recommend them with my eyes closed. I want to point out Nima was always just one call away.
