Randy Narkir is an exceptional lawyer. He wont stop until he finds a solution and he's an outside the box thinker. He is a family man, a good neighbor, highly involved in his community and giving of his time and considerable charitable work. He cares deeply about others and wants only good things for all.

My wife and I made the decision that the time had come to prepare paperwork for what would happen in the event of our death .We knew that we had to find a lawyer that really understood everything about estate planing. We have 3 children, one of which has autism and will more than likely be unable to care for himself in the future. After speaking Wirth a few friends Mr. Randy Narkir was recommended by multiple friends. We placed a call to Randy Narkir and after a 15 minute preliminary discussion we knew we had found the right lawyer to handle our needs. Randy's understanding of not only the law but what we were looking for as parents made the entire process seamless. Following that discussion we sat down with Randy and came to some real decisions regarding what would happen in the future and the way the law could impact our future inheritance's for our children. Randy Narkir is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled attorney. I hired Randy for my estate planning work. He provided me with a significant amount of practical information in addition to giving me legal advice. His communication was stellar. He introduced me to other quality professionals. He is a truly good person. I think the best part of working with Randy was his ability to explain complex ideas to me in a way I could easily understand.

When my aunt died I became the guardian for my differently abled cousin. I had the best of intentions, but very little knowledge about how to navigate all that was involved. Luckily my aunt had hired Randy Nakir and he held my hand through all that I had to face after my aunt passed away. He has been an invaluable resource for my cousin and myself.

I have been working with Randy for almost two years. He supported me through guardianship and two trusts that were anything but simple. I cannot say enough about his integrity, knowledge and accountability. I felt at peace throughout a very difficult transition. I highly recommend Randy.

I consulted with Mr. Narkir on an estate matter and he told me there would be a one-time charge of $150.00 for the consultation. After the consultation was over, Mr. Narkir informed me that the charge would be $175.00, which I reluctantly paid with the expectation that Mr. Narkir would tell me in that moment whether he was going to represent me or not. Never in any of our correspondence prior to the consultation did Mr. Narkir say that he would not be able to evaluate my case during the one-hour consultation and that he would need several additional billable hours before he would decide whether he would represent me. In all the years I have retained attorneys for various matters, never has even one of them attempted to charge for multiple hours to evaluate a case. It is simply not done. Mr. Narkir is a nasty, arrogant, argumentative man and he used his lawyerly threats to overturn my chargeback that I filed in response to his outrageous attempt to collect an easy, unethical payday. My bank repaid me out of their pocket because they believe that Mr. Narkir violated his sworn code of ethics and was guilty of Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices.
