I had a truly terrible experience with Carlos Gomez and his law office. First and foremost, his incompetence is glaring. He made mistake after mistake, dragging my case along with errors that could have easily been avoided. To make matters worse, he was impossible to reach, and his lack of communication left me feeling entirely in the dark throughout the investigation. When I needed guidance for depositions, he failed to prepare me adequately, only to pressure me to settle for far less than my case was worth, which I refused to accept. It’s clear that he prioritizes convenience for himself over the well-being of his clients. But the worst part? He deliberately waited until the statute of limitations was nearly up to pressure me into a settlement offer that only benefited him. Carlos Gomez blatantly avoids going to trial because he knows he’s unprepared to defend his clients in front of a jury. It’s as if he only deals with small cases where clients are willing to accept any convenient settlement offer. Moreover, Carlos Gomez and his team displayed an appalling level of rudeness and disrespect. Their incompetence is matched only by their lack of professionalism. It’s abundantly clear that their primary concern is their own financial gain, not the best interests of their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Carlos Gomez and his office. Está muy claro que su principal preocupación es su propia ganancia financiera, no los mejores intereses de sus clientes. Hazte un favor y mantente alejado de Carlos Gómez y su oficina. Investigue y evite retener a estos charlatanes a toda costa.
