I had consulted with a few different lawyers and I either left feeling more confused about my situation or, in tears. When I found Kim Banister I immediately felt heard and like I had hope. She listened... she answered my questions thoroughly and took time to explain everything. She's sharp, she is professional, she is very good at what she does. With something that was initially terrifying to me-- Kim Banister was a calm and an incredible guide throughout the whole process. I'm so glad to have hired her as my representation and would absolutely do so again, if I should ever need.

Kim is one of the greatest lawyers me / my family had to ever work with. She is very invested, she knows her evidence, she knows her case. She gets to know her clients and she knows whats going on in her own case like if it was her personal. Please take the time to read lower rated reviews, they are from people who couldn't accept that she saw through their lies and had a way to prove them. Cant be a better testimony than that. So if you want a lawyer who will win your case and do what is right for your child and you, this is your lawyer.

Kim was amazing from the first day I met her and helped me through a very difficult time, and made the unfortunate process as smooth as it could possibly be. Whenever I would call her with questions she returned my call within 24 hours. These situations can be very stressful, but Kim’s professionalism, caring attitude and understanding was first class . If you want your kids’ lives destroyed, Kim is the best at it. She scratches her ego with wins/losses, not what is right for the kids. Thankfully through a lot of great counseling and patience, I was able to bring my kids back from their holes of depression. Unfortunately, as adults, one of my children won’t speak to his mother (over 7 yrs), and the other has limited contact with her. This could have been avoided, but Ms. Banister decided it was better to help her client do her best to destroy their father, me. Completely backfired in life. Now I have three incredible grandsons that my daughter’s mother gets limited contact with. It’s unfortunate, but Ms Banister assisted in the destruction of that relationship! All due to Ms Banister’s complete dishonesty in court, and the judge buying it. Good job Kim!

My experience of Ms Banister is she is a thoroughly dishonest individual. I was not her client, I was on the other side. The cost of her dishonesty was paid for by my daughter. And she is still.paying for it today.
