Kim was absolutely amazing! From the time I called her and explained my case till the very end she showed concern, care, dedication, and heart to fight for me and what I felt was best for my children. Kim and her team ( mino was who handled my case with kim) were quick to respond to me and quick to respond the the other side for any problems or concerns through the case. Kim is the absolute best family attorney in volusia county!! I have been through several, and was dealing with a very difficult case. After a 2 1/2 year divorce, Kim has done an exceptional job. She was extremely organized and attentive to detail. She had attempted to resolve our issues and come to a final agreement without incurring unnecessary legal fees, etc. Unfortunately the opposing council didn't seem to want to end it or get a final judgement. I would highly recommend Kim Banister, Esq. again and hope no one else has to go through this destructive process.

Kim Banister has been amazing throughout my divorce process. According to my wife's attorney, "Kim is a bulldog" and I take that as a compliment to Kim. Kim and her team are strong, compassionate and most of all in your corner. A divorce is not what I wanted, but she fought for me and counseled me extremely well.
