Andrew and his team are the best. I knew from the start I could just forget that I had a case and they would contact me if they needed anything. They did exactly that. Andrew, Rochelle, Nicole, and the entire staff of Inserra Law Firm, were outstanding. I had an unfortunate slip and fall at a hotel in South Beach in 2023. It was important to me, that the hotel took action to correct the environment and my injury expenses. Follow up by the the Staff was outstanding. It is a process, that I had not experienced before and they explained it along the way. Response time and explanation, was always at the top of their customer service. I recommend Inserra Law Firm for any incident related to accident and injury.

As we went for holidays to florida unfortunately we got in a car accident. Inserra law firm was recommended to us by friends so we contacted them and they immediately took care of everything. The had to deal with an insurance company that shut down shortly after the accident and even though we live in germany what complicated the communication an paperwork, they fought for us with success.
