I injured my knee 18 months prior to hiring Rosenberg and Rosenberg to handle my claim. . After many sleepless nights I and researching several local law offices, I narrowed the search to three possible firms. Frank specializes in Workman’s Compensation claims and has 17 defending claims for large companies like the one I work for. Mr. Angione took the time to go through the details and assured me that I had a strong case and that I was doing the right thing. Mr. Angione would not have taken my case if he thought for a moment an unfavorable outcome. Initially during the Mediation Mr. Angione tried to come to an settlement. In my situation money was not my motivation I wanted to keep my job and just make sure that in the event the Company laid me off that I wasn’t stuck with a bad knee do to the lack of insurance and due to the loss of my job. I think that most attorneys are looking to make a quick dollar. Most cases are settle out of court however Mr. Angione put my interest first and took all of the necessary actions to achieve my goal. The company initially denied my claim but after several months of disposition and preparation for trial my company came to their senses and agreed to take care of my knee injury . Thank you Frank and Stephanie for all of your hard work, your expertise and looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend them.
