This is an OBJECTIVE review! Unfortunately, my mother had an issue involving a violation of her probation. Fortunately, my family was referred to The Davis Legal Center by a previous client! From day one, Ms. Davis made my mom a priority. She got ahead by drafting a letter directly to probation. She also drafted a motion with the courts. Prior to the violation being officially submitted we were in front of the judge. This is important because the judge was aware of the issue to come and my mother’s willingness to stand before the court and address the issues head on. Shortly afterwards, the violation was officially submitted. As a result of The Davis Legal Center getting ahead of the violation of probation, my mother was granted ROR when the judge signed the warrant, which is EXTREMELY RARE. Ms. Davis filed a motion to bring my mother before the court the same day. A hearing was set to hear the motion. Upon entering the court, Ms. Davis stayed with my family and spoke with a Broward Sheriff Deputy that served my mom in the courtroom thus avoiding an arrest and the jailhouse altogether. Most importantly, the ONLY reason why this course of action was achieved and this is quoted from Judge Rothschild, “HE ONLY SIGNED AN ROR MAKING THIS POSSIBLE BECAUSE HE WAS COGNIZANT OF THE CASE!” Had it not been for Ms. Davis and her team aggressive legal action, my mother would’ve been sitting in JAIL until the outcome of the violation hearing, which in our case, took approximately a month once the violation was officially submitted. Major food for thought. Coping is something that my family and I believe to be the most stressful aspect to handle. However, Ms. Davis and her team were very knowledgeable concerning the laws, thus boosting overall confidence knowing our case was rooted in the law being on our side. Ms. Davis was extremely patient explaining the law, as well as, answering and entertaining any thoughts we may have. The Grand Finale was at my mother’s hearing where Ms. Davis obliterated the prosecutions case! The magical words spoken by Judge Rothschild, “HE FOUND THAT SHE DID NOT VIOLATE PROBATION AND THUS TERMINATED!” My family and I will forever be thankful to The Davis Legal Center! Anyone reading this review I expect for you to be punctual and not hesitate hiring The Davis Legal Center! Ps. The team that I speak of behind Ms. Davis deserves to be named as well….
