Very Very RUDE STAFF!!!!! Will talk to you any kind of way if you allow them. No calls to let me know they working on case, when I call them to check status they respond in a very rude manner "we got the faxes were working on it gives us some time" didnt ask if I had any othes questions or concerns. I Contacted another firm within 2hrs they came out to house sat down explained everything took copies all paper work and I feel much better ...I sat patiently 1 week waiting for Rosenberg office to at least call said they recieved my info via fax.

BEWARE! if I could give them negative stars I would. They are extremely unprofessional. Everyone working for this firm is extremely rude (lawyers, paralegals and receptionist). Please find another firm to deal with your case if you want to be treated appropriately and avoid wasting your time. They never follow up with you, they drag their feet, and they don't know how to do their jobs. I had a horrible experience. Sal speaks to you as if you are a child.
**** Update: I was contacted by Paul Rosenberg about this review and he did apologize for what I have to endure with his firm and also clarified something. Still wouldn't recommend them. The way I was treated is unforgivable.

I have a business located in a shopping center. I lease the space like all other tenants. I receive a certified letter this past week about a woman represented by Rosenberg & Rosenberg who had an accident in the parking lot where my business is located. The letter states that my business is held responsible (the letter states "claim against you"). The last time I checked, if any liability is to be had, it is the owner of the center. So I called the office this morning. I spoke with a Christina (sp) paralegal. She couldn't have been more rude. I stated how we had no knowledge of this incident because it happened in a parking lot, not our business. She then said that they sent a letter as well to the owner of the center but they haven't responded. So I asked why would you send the letter to my business? She told me to forward the letter to the owner. I kindly told her that is not my responsibility. She became very curt and quickly said to "disregard the letter then, have a nice day" (in a very sarcastic tone) and hung up! What kind of law firm has a staff that works with such a lack of professionalism? In a field where there are many law firms available, you would expect an attempt to stand out in a positive way. I did not expect to be treated so rudely. I called back to complain and was only given the voicemail of the attorney handling the case.
