I was in a bad accident with my kids in the beginning of 2023, and life circumstances put me out of touch with the firm for about a year. Big Al’s team was working on my case the entire time and I had even realized it! I just picked up my checks and I am so happy with how this all played out for my family. Really great work! Worse law firm ever in January 2024 I was told my case would be solved in 6 months it’s going on a year and I rarely get updates I forgot that I even had a case pending my case manager acts like I’m bothering her every time I call I’m the one that has to call for updates instead of them calling me it’s been 3 months since I signed one of my release forms and I haven’t got a update since last I heard is she was calculating my medical bills but I’m sure it don’t take 3 months to calculate medical bills this is my first and last time using this law firm
