Feel completely confident hiring this firm if your insurance company gives you any trouble! As an attorney I'm always looking for other reputable attorneys to refer work to. We hired the Law Offices of Scott Klotzman, to represent us on filing a lawsuit against our home insurance pertaining to our cast iron pipes. We just hired this law firm. Our house flooded from a water break under the slab of house blew up made a big hole in our guest room. But the insurance is not paying what we are owed to fix the house. So we have this wonderful firm to help us put our house back together again

Finally the insurance company saw it my way (or better said Scott's way) and issued a check for not only payment for my claim but additional money for expenses I incurred will waiting for the insurance company to pay me. Due to Florida's last major hurricane... my husband and I suffered lots of damage to our house. The insurance did not want to pay enough money for repairs. We were informed that in such cases we could get our own lawyer to fight for us. Someone told us to call Scott Klotzman law office. We were alittle nervous and unsure because we never had to do this before. Like most home owners we pay our insurance and expect our insurance company to step in when needed. We found out that in many cases that's not how it works. We were also told so many bad things about getting help on your own for a case against your insurance company. Well let me tell you "God is Good"!!!. The law firm of Scott Klotzman can though for us with flying colors! They kept us informed and explained everything to us. It took a while due to legal steps but it's nice to know that you can call your law firm and get answers. They give great follow up and call backs. Never the run around!
