I was recommended to the Law Offices of Scott Klotzman, PA by a recovery loss consultants firm after I was offered a riduculous settlement on an unsurance claim and mediation failed, for a pipe burst in my house. Scott was proffessional and explained everything, including that I would not have to pay anything unless he was able to settle with the insurance company. It took some time, but in the end I was given the money I deserved to repair the damage and cover the loss of property. I was so thrilled with Scott and his service. After Hurricane Irma did lots of damage to my house, I didn't hesitate to contact Scott who helped me though the entire claim process. I was given a settlement from the insurance company that didn't cover half the repair costs. Again, Scott went to battle, bringing in independent consultants and dealing directly with the insurance adjusters. Once again, Scott was able to get the deserved settlement and I was able to complete the repairs to my house. I recommended Scott to my neighbor who used his services for her hurricane damage after being denied by her insurance company. She too was able to settle with her insurance company, thanks to Scotts help. Scott is my "go to" guy for any insurance claims issues and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

From start to finish they were professional and polite. No matter how many times I called I never felt like I was bothering them. Luis got me a great settlement and I would highly recommend them if you are having trouble with your insurance company

One of the worst to deal with. I don’t even know if they even are in business. His so called paralegal Marilyn never answers and if she does has SUCH an attitude with you. Calls herself a paralegal. She needs to go back to school. He is never in the office when you need to meet with him. They need to get respectable ppl to work for them.
