I didn't even choose a lawyer. I came to Stanislav with a clear understanding that we would cooperate after 3 of my friends had received Eb1a and Green Cards. After the first conversation, Stanislav highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of my case. We started working on the case in October 2023.I'll be honest - it was not easy. Very, very, very, very many documents, letters, translations - in general, a lot of work was done. For 7 months of daily hard work, we have collected the case for more than 1000 pages. We submitted the case for review in May, and received an upruv of the case in July 2024 under Eb1a in USCIS. Another 1.5 months we prepared documents for a green card and in the middle of August 2024 we submitted a request for a green card. And exactly 4 months later - in December 2024 we received the green card apruv. I would like to express my gratitude to the whole team of Stanislav Shamaev. I don't know how you manage to manage so many cases at the same time and do your work so well. But it is some kind of magic. I will tell future clients of Stanislav - it will not be easy for you.
