Attorney Iliza Novack and Judith were amazing to have help me with my auto accident. They always communicated with me and informed me about the process. In the end attorney Novack was able to get every dollar the insurance company had! Attorney Iliza Novack and Judith are awesome! They answered every email and call. They checked in on me to make sure everything was going ok and that I was feeling better. Iliza was able to get me the most the insurance company had to offer and I couldn't be more greatful. Always busy never had time to answer the phone... michele helm the attorneys assistant... she is never in the office maybe to much work for one person but the customer service is terrible i wish i never hired this attorneys

If 10 stars was an option that's how I would rate Attorney Iliza Novack!!!! Judith and Iliza always kept great communication and would always be there when I called and if not my calls were returned within 24 hours. They were by my side during the entire thing. They treated me with respect and like I was a person not just a file on the wall. When I needed them they were there. I was informed every step of the way good news or bad. There is no one I would rather represent me in my legal matters than Attorney Novack and the entire firm at Rosenberg & Rosenberg!

After hearing one of your employees(melissa) speak to my cousin and she thought she hung up the phone to say a client is "annoying" and "oh my God he gets on my nerves" I think my cousin has the rite to call the attorney office and speak to someone.everytime he has called he has been put on hold and I felt his frustration. He was never called or updated on his case he had to call and basically stay on top of them..I don't see any type of professionalism whatsoever.
