SO HERE IS AN UPDATE!!! I HAD A CASE WITH THEM ALMOST TWO YEARS, MY CAR WAS TOTALED, AND THE ATTORNEY ONLY WAS ABLE TO GET A VERY SMALL LUMP SUM OF MONEY FOR MY CASE. THEY DID NOT CARE. WHEREAS TWO YEARS LATER ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT WHOSE CAR WAS NOT TOTALED, AND BARELY SCRATCHED, ENDED UP SUING ME AND THE OTHER PARTIES INVOLVED. THE OTHER PARTY WHO SUED ME AND THE OTHERS ENDED WITH A SUM $15,000 AS A FINAL SETTLEMENT. THIS LAW FIRM IS A JOKE, PLEASE BE AWARE. I WILL NEVER USE ROSENBERG AND ROSENBERG AGAIN.

My experience with this firm was frustrating to say the least. Mimi and the front desk staff were very unprofessional lacked communication and disorganized. Mimi had no confidentiality when I came in the office to ask questions. She spoke to me loudly through the window where everyone in the lobby could hear. She did not seem to care about my case and treated me like I was a bother to her. They gave me misinformation and never seemed to know what was going on with my case. They have lied to my face telling my that my attorney was not in the office, only for him to call me back 30 min later after I said I was writing this review. One employee at the front desk even expressed behind the window when she thought I could not hear her, that "Allen is here for some mileage reimbursement s@%$". There where countless unreturned calls and emails. The one good thing I can say is that I finally got my case settled, but the process of just dealing with this firm was very disorganized and stressful for me as a client. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

David Krohn handled my case very quickly and in an outstanding manner! I was impressed by his communication skills, compationate character and professionalism. Throughout my case David was good about keeping me up to date as well as in following up on my status of recovery. I felt very comfortable from beginning to end.
