Poor communication and responsiveness from the law firm's staff
“Communication was extremely hard. I tried calling the office but my messages were never returned. The property manager came to my apartment to inspect a leak and told ne that he did not receive any information from my lawyer.”

“I had sent many e mails to be forward to the association and it was never sent. Recently, after five months, I was able to get a hold of Emily and stated my concern. The lawyer was scheduled to talk to me by Emily. Instead, just sent me a letter dropping my case. 5 months of my time completely wasted.”
