Joanna Guzman, is my Legal Assistant (Case Manager). I can define her as a 100% professional dedicated to covering each of my needs as a client. If I have a problem, I know I can call her and she will give me a solution to the situation. She is very professional and super organized. It is incredible to feel that you can count on someone who watches over your interests and with Joanna I feel that way.
