Jay, very patiently, listened to the problem, explained the rights of both parties thoroughly, factually and in such legal language that was extremely easy to understand the points he was making, as well as, what statutes/laws apply and why. Jay went over the reasons for each point he raised, how, when and by whom these should/could be addressed. He also very clearly explained what my next steps should be. The amount of information, knowledge, experience, and clarity that I have received during this phone conversation is priceless and put me very much at ease.
