Our daughter was away at college when another driver crashed into her car. Our daughter's car was severely damaged and she injured her back and neck in the accident. Despite being in another state, Terry and his team quickly jumped on the case. They quickly obtained insurance proceeds so that our daughter could obtain the medical treatment on her back that she needed without going out of pocket. They also filed all the claims and had her car repaired. Most importantly, they obtained the maximum amount of money that they could from the other driver's insurance policy and promptly delivered it to our daughter. While this wasn't a huge amount like you see on TV ads and billboards, Terry and his assistant Roxanne, treated it like it was their most important case. Throughout the process, they kept our daughter well informed and the money they recovered was really helpful to a new college graduate working in her first job. I just wanted to take a few minutes to express how happy I am with this law firm. Back in March of 2023 I was involved in a motorcycle accident where I was clearly in the right away. I was air lifted to Hollywood memorial Hospital Trauma center so I could not give my side of the story to the reporting deputy at the seen. I called Morgan & Morgan to represent me and they did at the time. When I received the crash accident report over a month later , I found out that deputy made me at fault in the accident . When he took the other persons story , they lied about everything that happened saying that my headlight was working and the witness statement that was taken from the car driving behind her backed up her story when it turns out that he was her husband driving in that vehicle. When Morgan & Morgan received the accident report saying I was at fault ,they dropped my case instantly with no explanation what so ever . So now I was in pain from all the injuries I had plus had to deal with trying get the police report corrected and finds a new Law firm. That is when I found Rosenblum & Mayer. I told my all about what happened and they were so helpful and eager to help me with my situation. I can not express how happy I was to find them. Their staff was SO helpful and kind and explained to me not to worry about all the hospital bills I had and guided me along as the process was moved forward. In less then a year , they had all of my hospital bills paid and settled the case with her insurance company.
