Learned all kinds of information as I had never heard of Special Needs Trusts! Found the need to address my families financial future when my husband died unexpectedly. Now I see the need to address my finances to be sure my children are taken care of. One of my children is special needs and I didn't realize that a regular will or trust would put him at risk for losing what little assistance he receives! My local lawyer missed it as well. Not too happy about that. What I learned just from this Webinar has been an eye opener and I plan to redo my paperwork through Legacy to be sure it's is all done properly! Great Webinar and I wish I had heard about them earlier!!!
