Mr. Frankel provided excellent advice and was an extremely valuable resource when my condo association board was in need of legal representation. He guided us through a complicated matter and helped the board swiftly resolve an ongoing dispute.

I retained Attorney Frankel to represent me in a dispute with my condominium association and property management company. His main correspondences were through emails. He did not aggressively work on my behalf. I spent a hefty amount for his representation. I wish I had not chosen him. I was charged an exorbitant amount for his sending emails. I could have done the majority of the work he did. Maybe because I did not have "big pockets" he did not want to work on my case. Very disappointed.
