I hired Seth to represent me in my divorce in 2005 and he was extremely successful in getting a fair settlement for me. I thought he was the best. Ten years later when my X was about to retire, he sued me to stop my alimony. I chose Seth again because of how well he did for me in the first settlement. HOWEVER, Seth did not see that I received a fair settlement on this 2nd lawsuit. In our meeting to prepare for the mediation, there was very little discussion. He didn't consider the impact of basic costs, like my mortgage, medical coverage, or any other needs I would have to meet as I aged. I was told to arrive at mediation at 9:00 am and when I arrived, everyone else had been there for an hour. I was given the wrong start time by his assistant. (I should have walked out.). Seth actually said that my husband had a bad lawyer in the divorce and that he'd gotten a bad deal. (I should have walked out.) When Seth and I were in our room supposed to be focused on assets & needs & what was fair and equitable, he was telling me all about his shore home. I sat there thinking this guy was terrific the first time so I trusted that he would represent me fairly again. Foolishly, I left it all in his old incapable hands. He spent most of that morning in the room with my X, his attorney and the mediator. He came in our room and told me what I was NOT going to get (a fair mediation) and again, I sat there, alone, unfair representation and signed on the dotted line ~ Now I am nearing 70, was married to that abusive Corporate millionaire for 26 years! I am living on a very limited budget with very little security. I know that I was naive and unwise, and I foolishly sat there while I was railroaded by everyone in that mediation. I am not bitter or money hungry, just adjusting to a new & limited lifestyle. The thing is, 5 years later, I am living with results of that terrible mediation. I think everyone should know that just because an attorney was successful in one kind of case (and later Seth made it sound like we just got lucky). Do not hire the same attorney you used before. I made a very costly mistake and Seth really let me down .

I unfortunately had a vindictive ex-girlfriend who made some heinous false accusations. I went into court with knots in my stomach praying that my exes lies would not be believed. Seth was amazing in court, he dismantled the lies one by one with the judge finally dismissing the case completely. I was able to breathe a huge sigh of relief and get on with my life. I can't recommend Seth enough.

I had a very complicated divorce. We have a daughter, and I was accused of doing bad things to her. Seth was efficient to protect me from those false charges and to obtain time sharing with our daughter at the end. I am not sure what could be the outcome if I do not have Seth working with me. He is a competent lawyer, and I trust him.

One of the best Divorce lawyer in Broward County. He takes time to review the documents over and over to avoid any mistakes. He is very loyal and like to fight for what rights for his customers.

Seth told me best case and worst case for me when we first met. He prepared me for what to expect and I always was able to reach him when I had questions day and night. We just settled my case and it was much closer to the best case prediction he gave me. He applied just enough pressure to get case settled without costing me a fortune. I highly recommend Seth and his team!!!

He knew the law, but the court knew more . he thought that the law was 50/50 for custody , the magistrate said no. he was good for domestic abuse , but his legal fees tapped me out financially and I was dropped at the status hearing . I went to divorce and child support hearings alone. And was crucified .
