To whom it may concern: In February of 2007 I interviewed and consulted with practicing attorney Robert Bell in regards to a deportation order for a friend of mine. I traveled from Delray Beach after interviewing and consulting with several attorneys, of which I felt none were up to the standard of what I was lookin for in an Immigration Attorney or any attorney for that matter. I was determined to find that special representation and made one more call before day’s end, and decided to called Lawyer Referral and was referred to Attorney Robert Bell. Yes….interview! Yes, I did interview Attorney Bell, for the job of representation as I would for any prospective employee, and then consulted with him. During my interview with Attorney Bell, his intellect, mannerism, communication skills, and professionalism as a young Esquire, was well displayed. Realizing this was no ordinary attorney I was intrigued in continuing the interview, leading into a consultation During Consultation, Attorney Bell used his knowledge and skill in breaking down the law in a simplistic way for you to see clearly for yourself, whether this case is favorable for trial or not. This type of interaction is precisely what you need from an attorney in determining why you should retain him and no other! While Attorney Bell was gathering case laws, statues and notes to show me the favorability of this case, I had the pleasure of walking around his office looking at all of his accomplishments and while absorbing all of his achievements; I said to myself this is even more confirmation that this is no ordinary attorney. To conclude: before Attorney Bell’s could get through the clarity and delivery of the explaining the merits of the case, in my mind It was already signed, sealed and delivered and confirmed, that I am going to retain this attorney, on behalf of my friend. It is indeed a success story for a man charged with nine counts of assault with a deadly weapon, who was up for deportation and needed an immigration waiver. 2004 He attended St. Edmund Hall Oxford university 2005 Immigration law, book award 2005 Distinguished pro bono service award He is also one the few Attorneys that is board certified by the Florida bar as an expert in U.S. Immigration law He has been in practice for 18 years. Attorney Bell is truly a Noble Knight of the court and truly an Esquire, and I guarantee he will never mislead you. I have been in contact though out the years with his office due to referral and success stories. And, of course, the tremendous success story for the representation of Attorney Robert Bell, on behalf my friend. I just became a US citizen and I'm so happy and grateful to Dr Bell's services. Even though I moved to Connecticut after starting my case in Florida, his office and I kept in touch until my ceremony day . Mr. Bell and his legal team has guided me and my family through my citizenship process. I had some legal issues that when i applied the first i got denied. Today we are a very happy family. We had the good pleasure of working through our Immigration process with the most wonderful, sincere, thorough, personable, no short cuts, and professional legal team Robert Bell and his very able Assistant Diana Ocampo. They walked us step-by-step through the 4 year process of obtaining our permanent residency. There were many times we got uptight about or did not understand some issue or the other and they were always there for us. There are many things that we were well pleased with, but the one that stands out most to us is that Mr. Bell made himself available. If we called him and he was otherwise engaged, as long as we left him a voice message, we were sure he would return our call before the day was over. Lots of professionals today do not do that because they are so removed from the' human' side of the process and you know you are just a statistic, Not these, they really care.
