Where do I start? Nathan came to me by the Grace of God while negotiating a major contractual issue. I am a Doctor, not an Attorney and as a result found myself at a significant disadvantage with interpreting the contract I was entering into. Nathan came to the rescue and helped me navigate and complete the negotiation properly. Without his assistance I would have had minimal knowledge at best of what I was agreeing to in the existing contract. He is a "honorable" Attorney who works in your best interest and charges reasonable fees for his services. You cannot go wrong working with Nathan. Oh I almost forgot, he did all of this for me in the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic!!!

At a critical time, we were having a terrible experience with a slum-landlord. Attorney Stowers gave us some direct truths and gave us specific guidelines to follow. This review is very much overdue… I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Douglas when I purchased my business through the E-2 visa program for Canadians. The entire process took approximately seven months from when the offer to purchase the business was first submitted to when the deal closed. Mr. Douglas was thorough and worked tirelessly with my broker and negotiated an offer to purchase with terms that were in line with my business goals in mind. Since I was out of the country during this time, Mr. Douglas make sure that all deadlines were met, required paperwork from my business broker, accountant and immigration attorney were completed and submitted prior to the deadlines. Given the length of the process and all that was at stake for me and my family, it was a highly stressful time. However, during the entire process Mr. Douglas maintained his composure and objectivity and consistently provided invaluable feedback and guidance.
