I first came in touch with OC Estate & Elder Law after my sister passed away in 2016. At the time of her passing she had a pending personal injury claim. In order for that to be resolved an estate had to be opened and this is where this firm made everything easy. I met in person with them a handful of times when it mattered and they got me and my parents through the process quickly. My relief came from the estate being closed and my sister's injury claim being settled so I could give that money to my parents and take some pressure off my shoulders in this long transition that we have still been in. They have all my gratitude and my highest recommendation.

My mom passed away, leaving a custodial account, set up by me as her VA fiduciary so she could receive benefits. The account was frozen upon her death. I had tried to sort the paperwork necessary the year before, only to be notified by the County Probate court I filed under the wrong category. I needed someone to cancel what I had done and to re file it correctly. As soon as I called OC Estate & Elder Law, I immediately knew I had called the right people. I have had the opportunity to work with Natasha over many years through the Russian American Chamber and have always come away with a very positive experience. Natasha has a very pleasant demeanor and is easy to talk to making it very easy to work with her. She helped my parents establish trusts and wills and did so in a highly professional manner despite my parents not speaking any English. My mother passed away without a will and about 15-20 retirement, savings and investment accounts. OC Estate was fantastic in the sorting and organizing all of the accounts and guiding through the court process and collection of the accounts for me and my siblings.
