When it comes to dealing with any type of business I always prefer people who will be upfront & honest about the process along with the way things are done. Mr. Luis did all of that! He was honest about the process & kept me updated anytime he received an update.
I never had to worry about being left in the dark or wondering what was going to happen next, so definitely worth 5 stars.

Excellent service! From day one, Mr. Luis Golondrino was in charge of my case. Explained the process and steps to follow. Whenever I had a question, he was always available. Called 2 times last week and was told by Megan both times that someone would call bee back to discuss a case. I never received a call back. So, I cannot give a proper review other than the company must be doing well to not want to take on any new cases.
