When my new 2024 GMC SLT Yukon with only 400 miles was hit while parked, left it undrivable with a $10,000 repair bill, I realized I immediately lost significant value that I would never recover when I sold it. My auto would be listed on Carfax showing that it had been in a serious accident causing my Yukon to have a significant resale reduction. I called Katrina at Collision Law Center and she filed a claim against the person who crashed into my Yukon and her insurance company and got me thousands of dollars to cover the shortfall I will incur when I sell my Yukon. In addition, the State Farm Insurance Company got into a dispute with the auto repair company and withheld a portion of the amount due the repair company. I had to pay the repair company in order to get my Yukon released to me. I told Katrina what had happen and she got State Farm Insurance Company to reimburse me for the amount I had to pay to get my Yukon released. I strongly recommend that you call Katrina Pena at The Collision Law Center to get what is due you.
