The Collision Law Center under the direction of Craig Dernis, Esq. did a magnificent job representing me and my Bentley Flying Spur when I was rear-ended. The recovery was well above what I expected to receive making the Law Centers fees non existent. Their service was exceptional and the entire experience was one for the record books.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. It is now April 17th and I signed a contract on January 7. If I had not followed up with Nicole Morell who was the Legal Assistant to Craig Dernis every time, I would not have heard a word. Then, the insurance company sent me a check by mistake in March and I emailed immediately to ask how much I should send the lawyer. Thank goodness I didn't send the check until it cleared. It had a stop payment on it. Waited another two weeks and called the office. Was told the check had been sent to me and I should receive it by Friday or Monday. I called the office again asking that Mr Dernis call me back and nothing but an email from the assistant that had another excuse in it. Now it's the following Friday and the check is still not here. I don't even know if it was really mailed at this point. Not only was I ignored, but I was lied to I don't know how many times. If you want a law office to handle your diminished value claim , don't use this office unless you want to pay for nothing but aggravation.Update. After three phone calls to request to speak to Mr Dernis I finally received a call back. After a lengthy discussion we agreed to disagree with the practices of his office. He did however agree to overnight me a check if the original one did not show up by that Friday. I called his office on Friday and he was very polite and said he would personally go to the post office. Hopefully this is the end of the month long saga. Today’s date is April 24.

Very disappointing. Never answer your calls nor emails. They don't follow up like they agreed to. They will leave you wondering if they're still working on your case. If I could I would've went with a different law group!

So you’ve been in an accident and it wasn’t even your fault. You’ve had your repairs and hopefully medical all taken care of. Did you forget something? Some states allow you to reclaim diminished value pursuit with the at fault insurance party. In many states, you can only pursue this with legal representation. The Collision Law Center did a great job. Things take time, expect resolution to take 2-3 months. It won’t be free, loss of some of your recovered value, but you will get alot of your lost value recovered. The team was smooth and no issues along with good communications from the team.

I could go on and on. I’ve been waiting for my check for over a month and a half; I was originally told two weeks and there is still no update as to when I will receive it.
