POOR LAWYER AND LAW FIRM VERY POOR Craig Dernis makes all kinds of promises on what he can do and how he does it. Very poor lawyer doesn't return calls or e mails and his Legal Assistant basically says there nothng she can do by take a message. Based upon my experience I would avoid this Lawer and law firm

I was involved in a not at fault accident in my 2013 Mercedes-Benz. I tried to settle with the other party's insurance company (a major insurance carrier) for diminished value. They bullied me and offered me peanuts for my legitimate claim. I hired Attorney Craig Dernis and was extremely satisfied with his service.
