I hired Gordon Daniels as my disability attorney, and it was the best decision I could have ever made. First of all he always answers your call, and if he is busy he will return your call right away. I never had any issues, everything was prepared, and accomplished easily. He explains the process to you in a way that can be easily understood. He is very easy to talk to, and not intimidating at all. So if you need a good disability attorney that you can confide in, and feel comfortable with, he is the person to help you. I had a one hour consult with Michelle Quarshie January 17th in which we discussed applying for Long-Term care with Medicaid for my parents. After the call, she was supposed to send me an email with the forms we needed to fill and a plan with next steps. After calling the office several times for weeks, I received an email 3 months later. I am astonished with their lack of professionalism and customer concern. Since I spoke to Ms Quarshie, my father experienced a stroke and my mother a fall. Since I did not hear back from them, I contacted Medicaid directly (through Alliance for Aging) and have applied. I only wish that I had found a serious law firm instead to help me navegate the process. Perhaps it would have gotten me the resources I needed to keep my parents from harm.
