Refund policy could be more flexible in certain circumstances
“Very disappointed in this firm. My mother in law contacted them to have a will drawn up. They sent her paperwork, scheduled an appointment and charged her $1500. Before the date of the appointment, she broke her hip, was hospitalized and sent to rehab. Her ability to meet with this firm was not possible and she asked for a refund. We expected to have to pay for an hour of time or a consultation fee and thought she would see a refund of at least 75%. Instead, she was only refunde”
