The quote in their commercial about “clients not paying legal fees and keeping 100% of the awarded money” is false. An esquire with Struble represented me in my case against my home insurance company. They did a great job and I was eventually awarded costs to repair water damage to my home. Within the first 10 minutes of meeting face to face, Struble employee STATED, not asked, that they will be taking 50% of what I was awarded in mediation. Please tell me how I kept 100% of what I was awarded when you took half to pay your fees that you state you make the other side pay for? I’m giving 3 stars for false advertising.
