Mr. Vaughn and Michelle did a great job with our case. The process was so quick and easy. They communicated frequently and effectively. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Spent over 20,000 for someone who was always on the opposing parties side. My boyfriend hired Charles Vaughn through a recommendation from another lawyer, took all his money basically, knew the guy who was his wife’s ex husband, aren’t you supposed to recuse yourself if you knew the other parties Exs etc? Does nothing but emails. Charges like 75$ per one email. Does nothing to help you. Told my bf that he would have to pay 30,000 extra in court fees and him charging him. He’s a ripoff. I highly recommend everyone should report him to the Florida bar. We are filing a complaint and maybe trying for more. Now he has to pay 70,000 for his ex wife whose NOT ON THE HOUSE DEED, DID NOT PAY NO BILLS, took out her 401k and apparently she gets to keep it but she gets his. She is lying about where she’s living. He didn’t do a good job at all. I could write a book about how much he screws people over. He’s basically a lawyer that fights for the other party. Also he lives in Montana!

This attorney did nothing but take my money he told me to except PTI which was pretty much admitting to my guilt which I was not guilty he was just too lazy to work for the truth I had no idea what he was suggesting I’m not a legal assistant but what it came down to I gave him $2500 he did nothing and when I ask him about the truth coming out he said the judge didn’t care about that He is the kind of person that gives attorneys a bad name He is after easy money and he got it from me very sad the crooks in this world and he definitely is one

Took my friends' case...$10,000 up front. Did absolutely nothing...in the end convinced her to plead guilty and she would get 4 years instead of 10. SHE GOT 10...she is 68 years old .

Mr Vaughn and his staff has always worked above and beyond for my son it seems like they work 24/7 they answered every email and phone call promptly. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Mr Vaughn and Michelle worked vigorously gathering all documents and information needed to be completely prepared for court. Answered all our questions and advised us well. Mr Vaughn and his staff got my son everything he wanted and deserved. They went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend them.

He’s a HORRIBLE attorney. Do NOT go to him. From the things I’ve heard, if the person who had him as a lawyer came forward, he could be disbarred for a couple reasons. He doesn’t call you, he only emails. He charges a ton of money a week.
